Who’s coming and who’s going from the soap opera casts of The Bold and the Beautiful, Days of our Lives, General Hospital, and The Young and the Restless?
Here’s a list of the top exit and entrance news from all four daytime dramas. Find out if any of your favorite performers from yesteryear are returning to the shows you follow, or if any new actors or actresses have been cast in contract, recurring, or day-player roles.
Lucas Adams returns to Days of our Lives as Tripp Johnson, Steve’s (Stephen Nichols) son, on Wednesday, June 7. The character had been in Seattle caring for his brother, Joey (Tanner Stine). Adams will share key scenes with Victoria Grace’s Wendy Shin.
Kim Coles is back as Nurse Whitley on Wednesday, June 7, interacting with James Reynolds’ Abe Carver. She also airs on Thursday, June 8 and Friday, June 9.
After 20 long years, Linden Ashby has resurrected his role as Cameron Kirsten on The Young and the Restless, the evil predator from Sharon Rosales’s (Sharon Case) past. Ashby originally debuted as Cameron in 2003 and was sent off to prison in 2004.
Reylynn Caster is back in Genoa City for another run as Faith Newman, Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) and Sharon’s daughter. Look for the character to be featured in a storyline involving the aforementioned Cameron. “You guys are not ready for what is to come,” shared the actress on Twitter. Caster made her last appearance on the soap in September of 2022.
Daytime veteran Susan Diol appears on General Hospital as Nurse Clare, this week. The character will tend to Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), who’s recovering from a bone marrow transplant. Diol’s daytime credits include playing Emmy Borden on Days of our Lives (1990-1991) and Angela Holliday on One Life to Live (1993-1994).
Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) lovable bodyguard is back on the Port Charles scene. Cyrus Hobbi airs as Yuri, but he’ll be protecting someone new.
Hollis W. Chambers is back on The Bold and the Beautiful scene as Hollis. The Il Giardino employee with a crush on Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) airs on Monday, June 5.
Julana Dizon pops in as Savannah, again. The Forrester Creations model airs on Tuesday, June 6.
