Joey Johnson and Tripp Johnson have informed their respective parents that they’re on their way back to Seattle, instead of sticking around Days of our Lives. They’ve even found another place for Wendy Shin to live and invited Tripp’s mother, Ava Vitale, to move back with them. But are they making the right call? Should they stay in Salem, instead?

Of course, they should stay, 67% of the audience is crossing their fingers. Their families need them. Wendy (Victoria Grace) needs friends. And, most importantly, the last thing Joey (Tanner Stine) needs is to be cohabitating with the woman he had an affair with — and ‘killed.’
In case you’re wondering, we’re talking about Ava (Tamara Braun). She’s fine now. Alive. But still part of a very twisted family tree. That living arrangement is doomed to disaster. Even her other dead son, Charlie (Mike Manning), can see that.

DAYS: Split the Difference
We don’t need two Johnson brothers, 27% of you are willing to share. One can stay, and one can go. It doesn’t really matter which. Neither one has a lot of ties in Salem. Tripp’s (Lucas Adams) ex, Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold), is involved with Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens). And Joey’s ex is…well…Ava. We’ve got Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) on the scene now. One offspring at a time. They’re all a handful. Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and his wife can’t handle more than that.
DOOL Pit Stop
This was a nice visit, 6% of the voters pat both boys on the head. But now it’s time to run along. Salem is crowded, and you two are related to almost all of the available single women…and men. So there really isn’t much for you to do. Kayla Brady Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) is feeling all better. Time to move along.
