In the Wednesday, March 6, 2024, episode of General Hospital, spoilers focus on characters experiencing stunning and loaded moments, needing comfort, and much more. Do not miss this episode.
Too Close for Comfort
It has been an intense time for Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Ava (Maura West). The co-parenting roomies have dealt with a perfect storm of situations including a waterfront disaster where his son Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) was shot and Jagger (Adam J. Harrington) read Sonny for filth. However, Sonny realized Ava was all in and he could trust her 100%.
Unsurprisingly, with all these feelings and emotions flying around in this heightened landscape, Sonny and Ava share a loaded moment. This begs a few questions: 1) Will this moment be an isolated incident? 2) Does this moment turn into something more? 3) Is anybody going to find out about this moment? Because, potentially, this has another disaster written all over it should Nina (Cynthia Watros) find out (even though Nina and Sonny are on their way to divorce).
Booked and Busy…Comforting
While all hell broke loose for most of their family and friends down at the waterfront, Drew (Cameron Mathison) and Carly (Laura Wright) have wisely stayed out of the fray. However, that doesn’t mean they’re not dealing with their own stuff. They have their hands full. Let’s see, on their to-do lists: running successful businesses, parenting their respective kids, and trying not to give in to urges for revenge against Nina. That last one takes up a lot of Drew’s time.
Elsewhere, Laura (Genie Francis) offers comfort. Do you think she’s offering comfort to Cyrus (Jeff Kober) because Heather (Alley Mills) just tried to kill him? Or do you think she’s offering up comfort to Heather who continues to be inconsolable over Esme’s (Avery Kristen Pohl) death and is going back to prison after attempting to murder Cyrus? Other options are Sonny and Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) because their son is in the hospital fighting for his life. Clearly, there are many Port Charles residents in need of Laura’s excellent brand of comfort.
Deception Executive Status Updates
When it comes to the women of Deception, look for Maxie (Kirsten Storms) to become stunned suddenly. Does Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) make a grand gesture?
As for Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton), teasers suggest she opens up to Jordan (Tanisha Harper). What in the world has her opening up to the deputy mayor? Unexpected conversations are always the best.
