For your average murder mystery, GH spoilers would show you’ve got a future victim who has pissed off an adequate number of people, and an adequate number of people with means, motive, opportunity…and no alibi. Then wackiness commences ensuing.

But Peter August (Wes Ramsey) has angered so many people, that we’re afraid his potential killers will need to get in line, take a number…or team up. Get ready for a variation of Murder on the Port Charles express!

General Hospital Spoilers: First String Team

Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) needs to protect her baby girl from evil daddy Peter. And Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is the one whose indulgence of the boy she thought was her son was what partially lead to Maxie’s current predicament. Now, whatever Anna wants to do, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will support. So our guess is this trio will be the first one to take Peter down.

GH Spoilers: Second String

Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) still blames Peter for causing the death of her son, Nathan, not to mention her beloved art therapist, Franco (Roger Howarth). Elizabeth Webber Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) was actually married to the now-dead Franco, and already thought she’d dealt with Peter’s body.

She and Liesl could team up, and pull in Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton), and Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy), too. If the first string threesome doesn’t get the job done, it’s time to “Put us in, Coach!”

And then there are the lone wolves… Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) when he returns, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), who wants to protect Louise/Bailey, the baby she’s grown a little too attached to, considering she knows this is just a loaner.

These two could team up in order to get revenge on Peter. Though don’t go getting romantic thoughts. They’re related. His biological father was her grandmother’s brother. So cousins…ish. Needless to say, everyone will want a chance at bat.
