GH spoilers make it clear that it’s only a matter of time before Drew Cain returns to Port Charles (as long as those bullet wounds didn’t do too much damage), this time sporting a face that looks suspiciously like that Ryan Lavery fellow from All My Children, AKA actor Cameron Mathison.

My Brother’s Girl
Back when he was played by Billy Miller, Drew was revealed to be Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) heretofore unknown twin brother. They both loved Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), so they definitely have the same taste in women.
Which is why it makes sense to 36% of you that Drew should be drawn to Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), the woman who Jason loved – briefly – before he dropped her for the chance to ride to Carly Corinthos’s (Laura Wright) rescue yet again.

Then again, 30% of the audience predicts the original recipe triangle, Drew going after Sam, the mother of his child, the one whom he was married to – when she thought he was Jason. Well, Sam is done with Jason these days. Doesn’t it make perfect sense that she would want to recapture the magic once again with Drew?
General Hospital Baby Mama
What about Elizabeth Webber Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst), 20% of fans speculate. She and Drew grew close when she thought he was Jake’s biological father, and Drew was a better dad and uncle to Elizabeth’s little boy than Jason ever pretended to be. Now that Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) is gone, he might want to help out his BFF’s widow in more ways than one!
New Girl
Enough with the reruns, 14% sigh. Drew doesn’t need his twin’s seconds. Drew deserves a relationship of his own, and we have just the girl in mind! Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) is a damsel in distress – who needs a daddy for her kids. That’s a role Drew loves to fill!
