Soap Opera News: Bold and Back

The Bold and the Beautiful is back with brand-new episodes on Monday, July 20 for the first time since April. Check out the details.

CBS sister soap The Young and the Restless is back taping, too. Eric Braeden (Victor) reported that cast and crew were tested for COVID-19, and he and co-star Sean Dominic (Nate) shared their eagerness to resume the Genoa City action

YR’s Michelle Stafford (Phyllis) is ready to return to work, too. The actress quipped that it would mean stepping up some hygiene habits.

False Report

A report about a Days of Our Lives star’s firing proved to be a big mistake. Melissa Reeves (Jennifer) fans can rest assured she isn’t going anywhere.

GH Postponement

General Hospital had been looking to resume production in mid-July, but is now planning to get started on Monday, July 20 or thereabouts. One actress ready to roll is Eden McCoy (Josslyn), and she shared a photo that shows just how badly she wants the soap up and running.

Remembering A Star

Finola Hughes paid tribute to the late Kelly Preston, who she once met in New York. Hughes was struck by Preston’s beauty, light and sparkling nature, and that wasn’t all she noticed.
