While the classic episodes of General Hospital are enjoyable, fans aren’t the only ones anxious for there to be new material. Young star Eden McCoy wants to get back to the set as well and recently revealed what she’s willing to endure to make it happen in a fun photo flashback.

Eden McCoy Is Ready To Return

The actress who has portrayed Carly’s (Laura Wright) firstborn daughter Josslyn since 2015 has already played out many harrowing storylines over the years — and there is one she is willing to go back to if it means she can be back with her co-stars making new content for fans. She shared that with her Twitter followers in an adorable post.

Along with a behind-the-scenes picture of herself with an excited Steve Burton (Jason), she wrote, “so, i would happily be trapped again underground with this [wink emoji] face if it meant we could start making shows for u guys again #JustSaying but don’t worry #SafetyFirst #GHFansRock @1SteveBurton.”

Unfortunately, it looks like the cast will have to wait a little longer as the show has pushed its plan to return for another week, wanting to make sure that everyone on the cast and crew will be safe. The show shut down production due to concerns over the coronavirus pandemic back in mid-March.

They certainly aren’t the first soap to have to hit pause on their projected return. The Bold and the Beautiful did just that when it became the first show in Hollywood to return to the set but after a couple of days, they were able to come back to it. The Young and the Restless also seemed to delay but now are expected to restart production early next week.

There are strict guidelines that all shows will have to follow, including testing cast and crew. There will even have a person on set who is dedicated to being the COVID specialist. Masks will be worn when not shooting and fewer actors will be used at a time. General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
