Who’s coming and who’s going from the casts of The Bold and the Beautiful (BB), Days of our Lives (DAYS), General Hospital (GH), and The Young and the Restless (YR)?
Here’s a list of the top exit and entrance news from all four daytime dramas. Find out if any of your favorite performers from yesteryear are returning to the shows you follow, or if any new actors or actresses have been cast in contract, recurring, or day player roles.
Alison Sweeney begins a new story arc as Sami Brady DiMera on Days of our Lives. She’ll begin airing on Thursday, June 23, when Sami makes a surprise reappearance in Salem.
Abe Carver (James Reynolds) and Paulina Price’s (Jackee Harry) wedding brings two family members back to town. Sitcom legend Marla Gibbs returns as Paulina’s mother, Olivia, and Cameron Johnson resurfaces as Abe’s son, Theo. Both characters arrive on the soap opera on Tuesday, June 21.
William Christian makes another appearance as TR Coates on Monday, June 20. Look for the deceased character to haunt his murderous daughter, Lani Price Grant (Sal Stowers).
Alex Hyde-White returns to General Hospital as Pascal Everett, ELQ’s lawyer. He’ll be on the scene when the company votes on the fate of Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).
This week, Brian Norris makes another appearance on the soap opera as an annoying paparazzo, Felty. He’s the guy who was tailing and harassing Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson).
Kristin Carey is playing Zelda Telesco, the matchmaker working at Spinelli’s (Bradford Anderson) Society Setups. The gig is recurring and expected to last a couple of weeks.
Max Faugno portrayed bartender Oz Haggerty, while Kamy D. Bruder played Mitch, the proprietor, at the bar where Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) went looking for evidence against Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl).
Ken Hanes is back on The Bold and the Beautiful scene as prison guard Mike Guthrie. Sheila Carter’s (Kimberlin Brown) old cohort in crime airs Monday, June 20.
After a long break, Dick Christie resurfaces on the soap opera as Forrester Creations’ head of security, Charlie Webber. He’ll air Thursday, June 23, and Friday, June 24.
Naomi Matsuda returns as Dr. Li Finnegan, Finn’s (Tanner Novlan) mom, on Monday, June 20. Meanwhile, Cassandra Creech is back on the canvas as Dr. Grace Buckingham, Paris Buckingham’s (Diamond White) mother, on Tuesday, June 21, Wednesday, June 22, and Friday, June 24.
Ashley Jones pops in for two more appearances as Dr. Bridget Forrester. She airs Thursday, June 23, and Friday, June 24.
The Price Is Right model Alexis Gaube returns to the Forrester fashion forefront as Petra the model on Tuesday, June 21.
Meanwhile, The Price Is Right announcer, George Gray, makes his B&B debut. He’ll portray a waiter on Thursday, June 23.
Hollis W. Chambers returns to the soap opera as Paul, the bartender. He appears on Friday, June 24.
Michelle Stafford returns to The Young and the Restless as Phyllis Summers. The character had been off visiting her son, Daniel. She’ll get back in the thick of things in scenes with Allison Lanier’s Summer Newman Abbott and Susan Walters’ Diane Jenkins.
Jess Walton continues her latest story arc on the soap opera as Jill Abbott. Meanwhile, Leigh-Anne Rose is back for more scenes as Imani Benedict.
