Bridget Forrester has to be one of the most talked-about characters currently not on the canvas on The Bold and the Beautiful. Her ex and her mom, Deacon Sharpe and Brooke, Logan Forrester reference her as she played a key role in their rather tumultuous relationship.
The Bold and the Beautiful Loves Bridget
Brooke and Deacon’s romp has to be the most scandalous story in the show’s history. Brooke’s done a lot of questionable things over the years including hiding Ridge Forrester’s letter to Caroline Spencer. She also had inadvertent sex with Oliver, Hope Logan’s boyfriend. (They were wearing masks and she thought he was Ridge!)
However, Brooke chose to have sex with Deacon knowing he was her son-in-law! Bridget (at the time played by Jennifer Finnigan) blasted the pair and Finnigan took home one of her three Daytime Emmys for her B&B run. Most of you, 55%, say that Bridget doesn’t need to yell at Brooke and Deacon any longer. She’s moved on from that. This doesn’t mean you don’t want to see Bridget back on the scene. You just feel she doesn’t need to drudge up the past.

We can see day by day Brooke weakening towards Deacon. Sure, she was inebriated when they shared a New Year’s Eve smooch. But what was Brooke doing in the same room with Deacon anyway? Soaps repeat dynamics all the time and The Bold and the Beautiful is no exception. That’s why nearly 34% of you are onboard with Bridget Forrester popping up and telling her mother and ex exactly what their affair did to her psyche.
Outside The Bold and the Beautiful Box
The rest of you, almost 11%, approve of Bridget coming home to interact with Brooke and Deacon. But, as she has moved on, she can give the two her blessing to do the same. Bridget can say she’s put the past in the past and if Brooke and Deacon want to get together then go right ahead!
