Y&R Spoilers Wild Speculation: Chelsea Grabs Her Sons And Runs

Chelsea Lawson is sliding down a slippery slope when it comes to her sons and Y&R spoilers do not indicate the drama is ending any time soon. She’s been chasing the dream of mothering Johnny Abbott and making a connection with him and Connor Newman for a while now. So, what happens if she takes things too far in an effort to force a family bond?

It’s no secret Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) is desperate to get to know Johnny (Paxton Mishkind) and she doesn’t care who it hurts. She didn’t take heed when Connor (Judah Mackey) begged her to leave it alone and while she may be phased by Johnny’s rejection, we can’t see that stopping her. In fact, we can see it making things worse.

Chelsea is an unhinged woman and we know the lengths she’ll go to get her way (remember when she poisoned Rey Rosales). What if Chelsea does the unthinkable and disappears with her boys?

Y&R: The Mother Of All Storylines

Just imagine the drama that would come if Chelsea was to pack up Connor and steal Johnny from his school and take off. An epic manhunt would be in full swing with the power of the Newmans, Abbotts, and the Genoa City Police Department involved in a full-scale operation to bring Johnny…and Connor home.

All the while, Chelsea would be trying to force Johnny and Connor to be the brothers she wants them to be. Poor Johnny would be stuck on the road with a manic biological mother and a sibling he hardly knows (and does not want around) while trying to find a way to escape.

The longer it goes on, the more the kids realize they’ll have to work together and pretend to give Chelsea what she wants. Connor and Johnny test out their acting chops by deceiving her into thinking her plan is working. Unfortunately, that makes Chelsea quite sure this is, in fact, the best plan of action.

Young and the Restless: Unexpected Twists

This may be exactly the kind of story spice Y&R needs to throw both prominent families into the mix and make them work together for the greater good. Heck, it may even bring Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) closer together as they try to track down Chelsea and rescue their precious son.
