Y&R spoilers never teased that Billy Abbott and Chelsea Lawson were a couple on The Young and the Restless. Johnny Abbott was just a way for Chelsea to con Billy out of a huge sum of money. Since then, however, they’ve struck up a friendship.

They did a podcast together. They screamed on a roof together. And now things sure seem to be pointing to their sleeping together…even though Billy (Jason Thompson) is supposedly madly in love — and working with — Lily Winters (Christel Khalil).
Young and the Restless: Forget About It
That is a truly awful idea, 61% of the audience decrees. First of all, Billy would be an idiot to blow what he has with Lily. Isn’t he always boasting about how she indulges his childish antics in a way Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) never would?
And Billy might be kind of slow on the uptake, but even he must realize that becoming romantically involved with Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) would be the absolute worst thing to do to Johnny (Paxton Mishkind) now that he knows Chelsea is his biological mom. Billy may be up to hurting Lily. But certainly, he won’t do the same to Johnny?

Y&R Spoilers: Expect the Inevitable
Oh, it’s happening, 21% of you sigh. Could anything be more obvious? Chelsea calls Billy every time she has a hiccup in her life, and Billy comes running. He’s given her a shoulder to cry on, and we know it’ll only be a matter of time before she goes after other body parts, too.
Young & Restless Spoilers: Who Knows
A slightly smaller 18%, on the other hand, don’t know what to think. Billy is certainly dumb enough to fall for Chelsea. After all, he had an affair with Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) while she was married to his own brother. He doesn’t understand the concept of boundaries. And Chelsea has a tendency to cling to any man the minute her life isn’t perfect. This is a disaster waiting to happen, but shouldn’t they have learned their lessons by now?
