Y&R spoilers revealed that Lily Winters wanted Billy Abbott to choose between his podcast and the job she actually hired him to do at his mother’s company. Billy pretended to be happy about dropping the podcast.
Y&R Spoilers Speculation
He even bought Lily (Christel Khalil) jewelry to celebrate and handed the whole media kit and caboodle over to Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan). Chelsea didn’t buy his good cheer, and to fans itching to play headwriter, it’s clear that Billy (Jason Thompson) will soon be singing a different tune.
Good Young and the Restless Deal
Billy is always whining that everyone in his family — and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) — considers him a loser. That’s because most of the things Billy has ever done, he’s…lost. The podcast is the first thing he’s ever succeeded at on his own, without his family’s money propping him up.
OK, yeah, we know that ChancComm, or whatever they’re calling it now, (Chancellor-Winters) funded the podcast and promoted the podcast, but Billy did come up with the content on his own, and it sounds like people were enjoying it…without knowing who was the man behind The Grinning Soul. If he ever wants to succeed on his own terms, then 57% of you predict that Billy needs to come back to podcasting.
Y&R Spoilers More To Life Than That
Work has never made Billy happy. Very little makes Billy happy. Which is why 28% of the audience doesn’t think podcast or no podcast will make a difference. Billy should focus on non-work things, like his kids. Especially now that Chelsea wants to tell Johnny Abbott she’s his birth mother. Try being a good dad first, Billy Boy.
Grown and Flown
Welcome to Adulting, Billy, 15% of voters are rolling out the red carpet. This is how most people live, doing a job they need to instead of the one they love — which doesn’t really pay. You’re now one of us!
