Days of our Lives
After two long months lead actor Drake Hogestyn finally returns to Days of our Lives as John Black. The character headed to Greece to visit Catharina’s grave and make peace with his role in her death last June. He’ll get significant airtime this week in scenes with Deidre Hall’s Marlena, Eric Martsolf’s Brady, Cristopher Sean’s Paul, and others.
AnnaLynne McCord resurfaces as the mystery woman presumed to be the late Abigail Deveraux. The 90210 alum, who originally appeared in a video back in June, makes her debut in the flesh in scenes with Billy Flynn’s Chad and Matthew Ashford’s Jack on Thursday, August 8.
Colton Little gets more screen time as Andrew Donovan. He’ll share scenes with Christopher Sean’s Paul on Thursday, August 8.
Madelyn Kientz pops back in as Sophia Choi. She’ll interact with Ashley Puzemis’ Holly on Thursday, August 8.
Remington Hoffman makes another appearance as the late Li Shin on Tuesday, August 6. He’ll air in fantasy scenes opposite Julie Dove’s Connie.
It’s a wrap for Blake Berris and his character Everett Lynch (and alternate personality Bobby Stein). The character died last week after being poisoned by Connie. Berris debuted in the complicated role in 2023.
General Hospital
Emma Samms is reprising her role as General Hospital’s Holly Sutton, the ex-wife of Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers). Samms originated the complex character back in 1982 and made her last appearance on the soap in 2023.
In addition, a “loved one” visits Sonny (Maurice Benard) in his time of need on Tuesday, August 6. The timing coincides with Bryan Craig’s previously reported return as Morgan Corinthos, Sonny and Carly’s (Laura Wright) late son. Craig is only slated to be back for one episode.
Alley Mills is back as Heather Webber this week. On August 8, she’ll interact with Tabyana Ali‘s Trina and confide in Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) on Friday, August 9.
Kin Shriner will appear as Scott Baldwin on Thursday, August 8. He will have confrontational scenes with Nancy Lee Grahn’s Alexis.
The Bold and the Beautiful
Access Hollywood correspondent Emily Orozco is set to play a reporter on The Bold and the Beautiful. On Monday, August 5, and Tuesday, August 6, she’ll appear at a press conference for Brooke’s Bedroom launch in Monte Carlo.
Dan Martin resurfaces as Deputy Chief Baker. The LA cop airs on Friday, August 9.
The soap has put out a casting call for a young actress between the ages of 18 and 22 of white or mixed ethnicity. It’s for a contract character who’s being described as fashionable, poised, beautiful, confident, playful, energetic, and assertive.
The Young and the Restless
Linden Ashby is back for a limited run as Cameron Kirsten on The Young and the Restless. The character, who was killed by Sharon (Sharon Case) in 2023 and initially aired from 2003 to 2004, is featured in Sharon’s hallucinations as she continues to spiral after going off her bipolar medication. Cameron haunts Sharon again on Tuesday, August 6.
Judah Mackey is heading back to Genoa City as Connor Newman, following his character’s treatment for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Look for Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) and Adam (Mark Grossman) to bring their son home on Thursday, August 8.
Lily Brooks O’Briant pops back in as Lucy Romalotti on Tuesday, August 6. The teen shares scenes with Reylynn Caster’s Faith Newman, Sharon Case’s Sharon, and her TV dad Michael Graziadei’s Daniel.
