Anna (Finola Hughes) convinced Felicia (Kristina Wagner) that “Nathan” (Ryan Paevey) was really Cassius (Ryan Paevey). Felicia told Mac (John J. York), and they feared for James (Gary James Fuller), who was with Cody (Josh Kelly). James, Cody, and Molly (Kristen Vaganos) hung out at the Metro Court pool. Cody’s phone got wet, so he missed a panicked call from Felicia. Molly and Cody talked about Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Ric (Rick Hearst) reconnecting. Alexis turned to Sonny (Maurice Benard) for help with Danny (Asher Antonyzyn). Sonny filled her in on just how dangerous Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) is, including that he killed Marco (Adrian Anchondo). Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) and Danny made up after he saved her. Thanks to “Nathan”, Joe (Jonathan Bennett) staked out the house Sidwell (Carlo Rotta) bought for Marco and Lucas (Van Hansis). After Cullum told Cassius he needed to kill Sidwell, “Nathan” joined Joe. They discovered Ezra (Daniel Cosgrove) bringing Sidwell to the house. Joe and “Nathan” busted in to arrest Sidwell, who immediately exposed Cassius’ true identity. Sidwell demanded that Cassius shoot Joe. When Joe declared he was “Nathan” and wouldn’t shoot him, Cassius turned his gun on the detective. Justine, aka DA Turner (Nazneen Contractor), visited Sonny to let him know Sidwell was back in town and warned him that if he killed Sidwell, she wouldn’t look the other way.

Tuesday, June 30, 2026 – Episode #15991

Tracy (Jane Elliot) visited Sonny to request that Gio (Giovanni Mazza) move back into the Quartermaine mansion while Sidwell is on the loose. Sonny summoned Gio to his office, where Tracy expressed her concerns. Gio vowed to stand by his grandmother. Cullum arrived at Turning Woods and restrained Jack (Chris McKenna) to the bed. Jack fought back. Cullum confirmed he knew Jack was lying about his condition. Cullum filled Jack with a poisonous gas. Nina (Cynthia Watros) arrived at the pool to meet with Ava (Maura West), who had her bodyguard, Ethan (Nathan Dean), with her. Ava and Ethan sparred. Cassius knocked Joe out with his gun and let Sidwell leave, but forced Ezra to stay to make sure Joe was okay. At the batting cages, Cody’s phone finally started to work. “Nathan” showed up as Cody got Felicia’s message. “Nathan” tried to leave with James, but Cody busted them. At Ava’s gallery, Justine arrived to question Ava about Sidwell. Ethan lurked as they talked. Ava proved her relationship with Sidwell was all business. Sidwell showed up touting a gun and took them hostage. Nina found a lifeless Jack at Turning Woods. Danny and Charlotte confided in Carly (Laura Wright) about the near kidnapping. Carly freaked out and headed to Wyndemere to save Josslyn (Eden McCoy). Danny and Charlotte followed without her knowing. Liesl (Kathleen Gati) confirmed to Josslyn that Faison’s (Anders Hove) final project was done. They argued over whether Cassius would save them and then agreed they had to work together to survive.

Wednesday, July 1, 2026 – Episode #15992

Cody stopped “Nathan” from leaving with James. “Nathan,” said goodbye to James, who was heartbroken that his dad was leaving again. James was confused why “Nathan” had to leave. “Nathan” told James he loved him no matter what anyone said to him. Cassius then headed to a car he had stashed with Ontario license plates. He threw out his wallet, except for a picture of him with James. Sonny had a heart-to-heart with Gio and convinced him to move out while Sidwell’s still a threat. Sidwell sparred with Ava before he blew up Justine’s relationship with Sonny. When he turned his gun on Ava, Ethan jumped in to save her, and Justine lunged at Sidwell. Ethan and Ava ran off to a storage room, where he revealed he had been shot in the butt. Ava helped fix his wound as they argued. Sidwell forced Justine to call Sonny to meet at the gallery. Sonny arrived, and Sidwell warned him to think carefully before he made his next move. Joe filled Lucas (Van Hansis) in on “Nathan” being Cassius and Britt’s (Kelly Thiebaud) saline syringe. Liesl revealed to Josslyn that she had a tool to help them escape. They found the wires to the door. Liesl cut the right one, but a new agent busted them. Carly was caught by Cullum and Harker (Matt Merchant). Danny and Charlotte provided a fireworks distraction at the dock. Cullum went to check it out. Carly knocked out Harker. Nina saved Jack and then promised to hide him under an alias at Turning Woods so Cullum would think he was dead.

Thursday, July 2, 2026 – Episode #15993

Ava worried about Ethan as he lost serious blood from the gunshot. Ethan mumbled that Phoebe (Lucia and Luna Creighton) wasn’t his daughter. Sidwell demanded that Sonny secure him a private jet as he declared he was taking Justine hostage. Sonny revealed Cullum killed Marco (Adrian Anchondo), sending Sidwell into a fit of rage and allowing Sonny to get his gun as Justine escaped. Justine called the cops and begged Sonny not to kill Sidwell as the cops arrived. Sidwell was arrested. Justine kissed Sonny publicly. At Wyndemere, Cassius gave Carly the code to save Josslyn and Liesl, then went after Cullum. When Carly found Josslyn, the latter locked Carly in the room with an assist from Liesl so she could help Cassius. Liesl and Carly sparred over Liesl keeping them locked in the room. Down on the docks, Cassius and Cullum ended up in a shoot-out. Josslyn showed up as Cullum was trying to escape. She tried to stop him but got shot in the stomach. Cullum returned to finish off Cassius and revealed that Britt never had Huntington’s disease, but Cassius sent her poison, which would kill her. Cullum shot Casius again as Josslyn crawled to get a gun and shot Cullum. A helicopter showed up with a mysterious WSB agent, played by John Oliver, getting out to assess the scene. The agent checked Cullum and Cassius for a pulse, then saw that Josslyn was still alive and promised he was there to help her.

Friday, July 3, 2026 – Episode #15994

Josslyn woke up after surgery and answered Z’s (John Oliver) questions. She spilled all about Sidwell, Cullum, and Cassius. Josslyn made a deal with Z that she would blame everything on Cassius and claim Cullum died a hero if all charges against Jason (Steve Burton) and Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) were dropped. Carly faced off with Z for not being allowed to see her daughter. Agent Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) returned to Port Charles to wrap up the Cullum and Sidwell mess by visiting Britt in jail. Vaughn encouraged her to work with the WSB investigation. Lisel also visited Britt to fill her in on what happened with Casius. Britt apologized to Liesl, but she wasn’t having it and raged at her daughter. Molly escorted Danny and Charlotte to the police station, where they requested that Agent Vaughn let them see their fathers. Vaughn denied it, but Molly pushed him to arrange communication for Valentin, Jason, and the teens. Charlotte and Danny decided to change course. Dante (Dominic Zamprogna), Lulu (Alexa Havins), and Rocco (Finn Carr) returned to Port Charles. Finn demanded to see Britt, but Lulu and Dante shut him down. Dante filled Lulu in on “Nathan” being an imposter before he headed to the police station. Vaughn made a deal with Dante regarding Britt, so she won’t be released until the WSB gives the all-clear. Charlotte turned to Lulu for help with Valentin. While waiting for Charlotte, Danny saw Rocco and laid into him for getting Jason sent away.
