GH spoilers for Friday, July 8, 2022, reveal shocking confrontations, new challenges, and maybe even some honest communication. You won’t want to miss a dangerous moment of this new episode.
We now know that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is only doing what Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaugnessy) is demanding of him because Victor is the one holding all the cards with Charlotte Cassadine, placing her in boarding school. And now Victor has another assignment for his son — take care of Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis) since she is trying to have him deported.
As Valentin tries to carefully talk to Laura, she is curious and wonders why he keeps talking about her mayoral term in the past tense.
Meanwhile, Victor overhears Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) making a call to see if Valentin was really in a rehab facility months ago. He approaches her and asks just what her relationship is with Valentin. Will Anna start to figure out what is going on with this man she is so attracted to?
With Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) now working in the Q stables, Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) and Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) have different views on the new hire. Ned even wants to know if they should already be looking for a replacement.
Over at the hospital, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) discuss dating again, but someone interrupts them. Could it be Cody, a man who keeps showing up wherever Britt is?
While Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) is busy barging in on Elizabeth Webber’s (Rebecca Herbst) life again, the other Chase men, Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) spend time at the Metro Court pool. Brook Lynn Quartermaine and Chase finally talk things out, but are they finally completely honest with one another?
Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Gregory also talk, but it seems more like verbal sparring than anything else as he convinces her to publish his op-ed in The Invader.
