Kelsey Wang, remembered as Dawn of Day member Daisy on General Hospital (2018-2020), is heading to Genoa City. The actress has been cast to portray Allie, a new young professional in town. She’ll begin airing in March.
Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) is getting a new therapist. Jeremiah Jahi debuts in the recurring role of Dr. Huffman on Wednesday, March 2. Jahi is no stranger to daytime. In fact, he’s previously appeared on three soaps.
Jahi recurred as Officer Greenly on One Life to Live during a span between 2002 to 2011. He also held down day player roles on All My Children and As the World Turns.
The Young and the Restless History
The Young and the Restless made its debut in 1973 and introduced more sexual undertones and younger characters to daytime soap operas. It has outlasted other soaps to become a mainstay for many households. Needless to say, four decades of storylines have kept viewers locked in and wanting more.
