The Young and the Restless recap for Thursday, February 4, 2021, features Abby still insisting on going through with surrogacy despite missing most of the necessary ingredients, while Victoria lets Billy know what she really thinks of him and Victoria, and Devon counsels both Elena and Amanda.

The Young and the Restless Recap Highlights

Abby (Melissa Ordway) can’t carry a baby, Chance (Donny Boaz) can’t father a baby – and, oh, yeah, he needs to leave town without even saying goodbye to his wife and mother because he is off to save the world and has no idea when he’ll be back. But, sure, Abby, yeah, this is an ideal time to have a baby! Nina (Tricia Cast) agrees. And we know she has always made the best decisions when it came to having children! (One was stolen by a baby broker, the other she conceived with a guy who loved someone else and later faked his own death.)

Who needs Chance? Abby is ready to go ahead with donor sperm and Mariah’s (Camryn Grimes) uterus. So what do we need her for again? That’s right. The egg.

Last Woman Standing

Victoria (Amelia Heinle) tells Billy (Jason Thompson) she doesn’t want Lily (Christel Khalil) around their kids. Not because she doesn’t like Lily, but because she doesn’t want the kids to be heartbroken when Billy inevitably screws up the relationship like he always does. Billy takes Victoria’s words to heart and makes plans to visit Johnny and Katie on his own. Which is when Victoria decides to also be there for some family time.

Ear Piece

Devon (Bryton James) tells Elena (Brytni Sarpy) he doesn’t care if she tells Nate (Sean Dominic) about them sleeping together. Devon tells Amanda (Mishael Morgan) he doesn’t care if she reaches out again to her biological mom. He is very helpful today. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS.
