It looks like Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) is trying to put her plan for Diane (Susan Walters) into action. She’s in the Abbott mansion, where presumably, she’d be able to find a personal item that belongs to Diane. However, Diane looks awfully perturbed. Does she catch Phyllis, or is there something else irritating her?

Traci (Beth Maitland) has a concerned look on her face during a meeting with Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) at Society. The two women have notebooks with them, and it seems they might be making plans for the Genoa City bicentennial celebration. Later, Nikki looks angry as Jeremy (James Hyde) stops by her table with something to say. Is he threatening her, or is something else happening?

Lily (Christel Khalil) and Devon (Bryton James) have an uncomfortable run-in, and things get even more awkward when Amanda (Mishael Morgan) joins Lily. Amanda doesn’t look in the least bit happy to see her ex, and the feeling seems mutual. Devon and Lily look like they might have reached the point of no return in their lawsuit.

Lily gets some comfort from Daniel (Michael Graziadei). Will he be able to help her stay calm, and is there any chance he can get her to change her mind about the lawsuit?
