Y&R Spoilers: Are Adam & Chelsea Actually Bad Parents?

On the Monday, February 5 episode of The Young and the Restless, spoilers offer up some parenting mayhem for Chelsea and Adam. Could they actually not be stellar parents? Say it’s not so.

All For Connor

Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) and Adam (Mark Grossman) have bent over backward for their son, Connor (Judah Mackey, remember how Connor’s current woes started here). The co-parents gave themselves a pat on the back when they agreed to let Connor go live with Anita (Catherine Bach) so he could attend a special school near her.

Of course, that’s been a while, and Connor may be ready to return to Genoa City (especially since Egan returned after her maternity leave). Whatever it is that happens with the precocious teen ends up having Chelsea and Adam questioning their parenting skills. Are they truly bad parents, or is this something all parents of teens deal with?

Parisian Sleuthing

Ashley (Eileen Davidson) wasn’t so pleased with the answer she got at the bistro in Paris. She felt that perhaps Tucker (Trevor St. John) had paid off the waiter to help gaslight her.

Traci (Beth Maitland) made the trip with her, and she was worried when her sister stormed off. It looks like Ashley returns, and she and Traci gather intel about what really happened during the argument Ashley and Tucker had on their disastrous honeymoon.

Warning Sounds

Devon (Bryton James) and Nate (Sean Dominic) seem to be healing their relationship. While Devon is obviously still wary, he and Nate went out for a drink recently, and things have improved between the cousins. Now, Devon gives Nate a warning. Could it have to do with getting mixed up with Audra (Zuleyka Silver) again, or is something else on Devon’s mind?
