The Y&R spoilers recap for Tuesday, October 11, 2022, brings a firm connection between Tucker McCall and Audra Charles as the latter updates the former on Chancellor-Winters.
Y&R Spoilers Recap Highlights
Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) told Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) that he was talking about his sister and not their relationship. Then, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) called with an update on Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) and a request to meet in Chancellor Park, so she split.

At the park, Nikki explained that Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) knew about Wild Beauty and that his former girlfriend Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver), recently returned to Genoa City. Both women felt that there were too many coincidences, which clearly tied to Tucker. Then, Nikki got a call from Noah that Audra was at Crimson Lights, so Nikki decided to go talk to the woman.
In the hallway, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Summer Newman Abbott (Allison Lanier) saw each other in passing and hugged. She mentioned a meeting on her calendar somebody added, and it was Kyle, but he couldn’t talk about it right then. Later, Summer knocked on Jack’s door, looking for her mom, and he said she’d just missed Phyllis. They recapped the vow renewal, and Summer thanked Jack for hosting and being a great father to Kyle. Jack returned the love fest by telling her how wonderful she is too.
At Society, Kyle met with Diane, and she gushed about witnessing the vow renewal. Kyle seemed distracted, and then he pointed out how everybody made innuendos about Tucker and Diane’s recent returns. Diane was offended that Tucker’s return caused Kyle to doubt her. She reiterated that she was shocked to see Tucker, and she regretted his return. She denied any connection to Tucker.
At Crimson Lights, Nikki introduced herself to Audra, and they talked a bit. Nikki touched on keeping the legacy of Katherine Chancellor (Jeanne Cooper) alive, and then she invited Audra to sit for a while. They talked all about what a titan and role model Kay was.
Nikki wanted to know more about Audra, and she pointed out that it seemed odd that Audra was an artist and now a businesswoman. Audra explained she went to business school for a fallback career since art never paid the bills. Nikki brought up Wild Beauty as a possibility for something she might want to support. Audra talked it up, but noted that she hadn’t been involved in the funding. Before Audra left, Nikki even managed to ask if the younger woman knew Tucker.
Kyle led Summer to Chancellor Park, and instead of a work meeting, he talked all about their honeymoon to Costa Rica, and it sounded like paradise. Both agreed that the other was the perfect husband and perfect wife. Summer suggested that they have Harrison Locke (Kellen Enriquez) join them for a few days, and Kyle was stunned that Summer had the same idea he did.
Diane knocked on Jack’s door, and she told him she was worried about Tucker’s return. Jack admitted it was supposedly all about Ashley, but also admitted that his sister wasn’t at all interested in rekindling their romance. Diane suspected that Tucker had another agenda, and she warned Jack to stay alert and not to trust Tucker.

Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) wondered why Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) really returned. He explained that he’d had a near-death experience in Monte Carlo, which made him want to make amends and work for a second chance at love. Tucker said he’d gone through a miraculous change and become a completely different man, which is the only way Ashley said she would take him back.
Ashley pointed out that it was the women he’d been sleeping with who caused her to end their marriage, but she seemed incredulous that Tucker thought there was a future for them. Ashley didn’t buy Tucker’s reason for returning, so she showed him the door. Tucker lamented that Ashley was so apathetic about his return — at least anger would’ve given him some hope. He gave her a gift from their time together — Japanese tea. He left, asking to speak again at some point, but Ashley said she wouldn’t be thinking anything over. When he left, Ashley tossed the gift.

Later, Ashley went to Society and met Abby Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) for dinner. Abby was taken aback that her mother had met with Tucker. Nikki and Phyllis showed up, and Abby seemed surprised that the three older women were meeting voluntarily, and she left. Ashley wanted an update, and she requested that they add Tucker to the quest to oust Diane from Genoa City, and Nikki revealed that they were convinced Diane and Tucker were a package deal.
They explained how they connected Tucker to Wild Beauty, which connected him to Diane. Ashley didn’t quite buy it, though, causing a minor disagreement with Phyllis. Nikki broke in with details about Audra and her connection to Wild Beauty and Tucker. Phyllis didn’t buy that Audra hadn’t met Tucker. Ashley pointed out it’s possible that Tucker had no connection to Wild Beauty or Private Image. Nikki insisted that they were just one missing puzzle piece away from tying the whole thing together.
Then Ashley asked what happened to Talia Morgan’s (Natalie Morales) articles, so the others explained what happened. Then, they wondered how far Tucker’s connection with Diane went. Phyllis pointed out that she and Nikki had done the heavy lifting, and she called out Ashley for not doing her part. Then, Ashley revealed she’d met with Tucker, and Phyllis encouraged her to give Tucker some hope for a reunion in the hopes that Tucker would slip up.
Tucker got back to his room at the Genoa City Athletic Club, and Audra was there. She updated Tucker on the latest about Chancellor-Winters’s Initial Public Offering.
Y&R Spoilers Recap: Isn’t That Illegal?
Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) met with Michael Baldwin (Christian Le Blanc) and told him he wanted to look into Tucker and why he really came back to Genoa City. Then, Victor explained that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) planned to buy up a lot of Chancellor-Winters shares, and Michael wondered when the IPO had been announced, and Victor said it hadn’t, which set off all sorts of alarms with Michael. Even so, Victor wanted the lawyer to help advise them on the situation.
Victor sat Michael down with a drink, and he expressed his concern that Tucker had returned to Genoa City to get his hands on Chancellor-Winters. Michael was skeptical since Tucker had divested himself of all but McCall Unlimited. Victor pointed out all the reasons why Tucker would want the company, though, considering he’s Kay’s son.
Coming Up Next On Y&R Spoilers: Elena Erupts
You can expect to see Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) get pushed too far, and we suspect Victoria is the culprit. With Nate Hastings’s (Sean Dominic) scheming with Victoria to get Newman Enterprises to buy up Chancellor-Winters stock, it’s likely Elena will tell off the businesswoman.
