The Y&R spoilers recap for Friday, May 13, 2022, brings Crystal Porter back in time for Tessa Porter’s wedding to Mariah Copland. Plus, Victor Newman’s plan to remove Ashland Locke from Victoria Newman’s orbit, Sally Spectra’s working on the plan to get Victoria to forgive Ashland, and Sharon Rosales comforting her daughters.

Y&R Spoilers Recap Highlights

Victor (Eric Braeden) and Michael Baldwin (Christian Le Blanc) discussed their Ashland (Robert Newman) issue. Michael revealed that Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (Tracey Bregman) wasn’t too thrilled about the dangerous element of his work with Victor.

The Mustache wondered if he needed to hire a new lawyer. Now, hold on just a second, Victor, Michael is here for the whole thing despite Lauren’s concerns. Ultimately, Victor expressed his desire for Ashland to leave town permanently.

Young and the Restless: Woman In Action

Sally (Courtney Hope) spilled her whole sordid past to Victoria, and she admitted that she feels sorry for Ashland. After all, Sally faked an illness to try to keep her beloved once upon a time. Sure, it didn’t work out, but Sally thinks things might be different between Victoria and Ashland.

Victoria said she understood why Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) liked Sally because they’re two of a kind. Although it wasn’t a compliment, Sally chose to take it like one anyway. Victoria assured Sally that her sympathy for Ashland was misplaced. Plus, Sally’s situation and Ashland’s are nothing alike. Sally loved her man while Ashland used Victoria to get what he wanted — power at Newman Locke. Sally continued with her talk, using reverse psychology to push Victoria in her lying liar of a husband’s direction.

Later, Sally saw Ashland at Society’s bar, and she put a little bug in his ear too. Ashland wondered if she found the whole thing funny, but Sally said it was sad.

Y&R Spoilers Recap: A Sinister Threat

Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) ran into Ashland at Crimson Lights, and she tore into her former son-in-law about staying around Genoa City hoping to run into Victoria. She gave him the big what-for over his lies and then urged him to prove his love for her daughter by leaving her alone. She eviscerated him, telling him how cruel he was, and then she proclaimed Victoria deserves better than Ashland’s lying games.

Victoria walked in on her mom’s takedown of Ashland, and she expressed her indifference to the whole thing. After her daughter walked away, Nikki threatened Ashland — she and Victor will get rid of him one way or another.

Back at the office, Nikki suggested a nice, long work vacation for her and Victoria. A mother/daughter trip would be perfect, and they could hammer out some long-term goals. But, Victoria pointed out that they have too much on their plates.

Y&R: Pre Wedding Fun

Faith (Reylynn Caster) struggled with the reality of Rey’s (Jordi Vilasuso) death. Sharon (Sharon Case) helped calm her daughter, and she distracted her with news of a $250 million donation to New Hope in Rey’s name. Of course, she neglected to mention the name of the generous benefactor.

Then, Sharon showed off the goodie baskets she put together for Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) and Mariah’s (Camryn Grimes) wedding. Faith loved them and said how they represented the brides’ personalities to perfection.

The brides-to-be celebrated their final moments as single ladies, and Tessa revealed that Crystal Porter (Morgan Obenreder) was all settled. She and Mariah looked forward to their upcoming wedding day. Then, Mariah went to Sharon’s for a sleepover. Later, Sharon told Mariah that her happiness makes her happy and not to worry about her sadness over Rey’s death.

Back at the apartment, Crystal and Tessa caught up. Crystal asked her sister all about all the things that happened way back at the beginning. Tessa explained that things had smoothed over. Then Tessa talked about how thankful she felt that Rey had changed her life in such a positive way. They got a bit deep, but then they focused on their beauty agenda for the big day.
