Y&R Spoilers Recap For June 28: Chelsea Gives Billy Surprising Advice

The Y&R spoilers recap for Tuesday, June 28, 2022, brings Chelsea Lawson telling Billy Abbott she hates his podcast, so she gives him some surprising advice. Plus, Ashland Locke and Victoria Newman get bad news, Adam Newman and Sally Spectra try to enjoy their new positions, and Lauren Fenmore Baldwin and Michael Baldwin enjoy some afternoon delight.

Y&R Spoilers Recap Highlights

At Crimson Lights, Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) straight up told Billy (Jason Thompson) that she hated his podcast. Why? Because it was a big downer. Billy is so incredibly funny, and Chelsea advised him to put some of that into the program. Then, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) showed up, and she agreed with Chelsea — whoopsie.

Lauren (Tracey Bregman) came in straight from some afternoon delight with Michael (Christian Le Blanc) at The Grand Phoenix, and she made no bones about it. She and Chelsea had a meeting out on the patio, and Chelsea looked longingly at Billy and Lily. Then, Lauren asked her what was up with the tension between her and Chloe Mitchell Fisher (Elizabeth Hendrickson), and Chelsea assured her they’d be fine.

Young and the Restless: Business Plans

In New York, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) gave Ashland (Robert Newman) some bad news — every investor said no to funding their new venture. He smelled a rat and instantly suspected Victor Newman (Eric Braeden).

Victoria talked her husband into them funding their business themselves. And, she wanted to buy a whole building ASAP, so Ashland made some calls. Victoria texted somebody to say that everything was going as planned, and she seemed to have an ulterior motive with Ashland…uh oh.

Y&R Spoilers Recap: Bet On Love

At Newman Enterprises, Sally (Courtney Hope) was still in gloating mode, but Adam (Mark Grossman) seemed less assured about his position. He told Sally he knew he was merely there because Victor hoped it would bring Victoria home. Sally said she didn’t think Victoria would return over Adam becoming CEO, and she bet on love. In the end, she managed to cheer Adam up, and they went to Society to celebrate some more.

Y&R: Sibling Rivalry

At Society, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Victor talked about the whole thing with his sister. Victor told Nick how he made their investors pull out, and Nick felt guilty about telling Victor about his sister’s plans.

Then Adam and Sally walked in, and Nick made a comment about how he wanted to change how involved he was in the family business. When they walked away, Victor asked Nick what he meant. However, Nick played it off like he was just trying to make Adam jealous.
