The Young and the Restless Recaps: Monday, December 19
Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes), Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks), and Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) came together to help Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) decorate Crimson Lights. Tessa let slip that she and Mariah have plans to meet another expectant mother who wants to adopt her baby out.
Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) made amends with Chloe Mitchell Fisher (Elizabeth Hendrickson)… Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) asked Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) permission for Connor (Judah Mackey) and Chelsea to join them at the ranch for the holidays. Victor begrudgingly agrees… Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) toast to taking things slow…then wind up making love in her hotel room.
Young and the Restless Recaps: Tuesday, December 20
Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) returned to Genoa City after settling Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) in the family cabin and expressed to Summer Newman Abbott (Allison Lanier) his desire to spend Christmas Day with his mother. Summer suggested that she and Harrison (Kellen Enriquez) accompany Kyle, but both worry that Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) will tail them to Diane’s hideout; Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) promises to clear the way… Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) deduces that Kyle and Jack have spirited Diane out of town.
Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) sparred with Sharon who cautioned him against trying to worm his way back into Ashley’s good graces… Audra Charles (Zuyleka Silver) and Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) made merry at Society… Audra expressed frustrations at working to help Tucker achieve his future goals but is swayed by her boss. They fall into a passionate clinch but Ashley’s appearance at Tucker’s door dampens the afterglow.
Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) isn’t pleased to learn that Chelsea has purchased Johnny Abbott (Paxton Mishkind) a Christmas present, but at Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) insistence she agrees to let Johnny decide if he’d like to accept it; the boy is delighted by the idea of swapping gifts with Chelsea and Connor.

Y&R Recaps: Wednesday, December 21
Jack offers Jeremy half a million dollars on the proviso that he leaves town immediately. Jeremy insists on negotiating with Diane and Diane alone; Jack offers to set up a meeting between the two… Tucker makes plans to join Ashley at the Glam Club; Audra is impressed by his smooth handling of what could have been a very awkward situation. Over drinks, Ashley launches into a diatribe about Jack and Diane… Audra formally introduces herself to Sharon. The enmity between the two is palpable. Audra is taken by Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) and flirts with him uproariously; Sharon is chagrined.
The Young and the Restless Recaps: Thursday, December 22
Jack leads Jeremy on a wild goose chase… Summer tries to get Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) to open up about his obvious estrangement from Heather and Lucy… Daniel is heartened when his father, Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian), comes calling… Summer, Kyle, and Harrison surprised Diane at the cabin and join her in a spot of tree trimming… Billy assured Victoria that she had no reason to feel threatened by Johnny and Chelsea’s growing closeness… Sally opens up to Nick about her less-than-conventional upbringing. Afterward, Sally makes mention of an upset stomach.
Young and the Restless Recaps: Friday, December 23
Noah arranges a Christmas Eve get-together with Sharon, Nick, Mariah, and Tessa. Maria and Tessa retire to a booked suite at The Grand Phoenix. The women share a communal dream in which they coach a young, pregnant woman through her labor. The following morning, the two receive a text from the expectant mother who’s considering allowing them to adopt her baby.
