The Young and the Restless star Tracey Bregman shared details about a heartbreaking loss at her ranch recently. Many people reached out to give her support during this challenging time, including several of her current and past Y&R co-stars.
“We lost the soul of my ranch this morning. Standing Ovation or Ovi, as he was known as, passed away with me by his side,” Bregman shared on Instagram about the loss of one of her beloved horses. “This is the hard part for loving these beautiful souls so fiercely. We had 10 incredible years together, and my boys and my whole family loved him deeply. Ovi, I hope you are doing canter pirouettes in heaven with Buddha by your side. #standingovation #freisian #love 💔❤️”
Doug Davidson, who recently opened up to Soap Hub about his exit from the show, posted condolences on his former TV wife’s post. “Oh my God nooooooo I am so incredibly sorry,” Davidson shared. “My heart hurts for you. I know how painful it is, and I really can’t do it anymore. I hope that your memories will bring you solace. I know he’d want that. He will always be with you, but also at the ranch. You will feel him there. I wish there were something I could say to ease the pain…sending lots of love and hugs ❤️❤️❤️.”
Many of Bregman’s Y&R pals reached out with messages of support. “I’m so sorry Tracey. What a beautiful boy,” wrote Courtney Hope (Sally). Bregman’s TV sister-in-law Elizabeth Hendrickson (Chloe) shared: “I remember when you first got him. He had such an incredible presence. He really lived up to his name. Sending love.”
“Oh Tracey I’m so sorry. What a love you two had,” wrote Jessica Collins (ex-Avery). “Thank you for sharing it with all of us. Love you, and RIP Ovi. ❤️.” Added Melissa Ordway (Abby): “Noooooo.
