Denise Richards
On The Bold and the Beautiful, we haven’t seen Shauna for a while ever since she moved off the Forrester estate. In the real world, performer Denise Richards is busy celebrating a major milestone.
That’s because she was born on February 17, 1971, in Downers Grover, Illinois, which means that this talented actress (and social media superstar) is turning 51 years old today! Having spent her post-high school days modeling in Paris, New York, and Tokyo and appearing in commercials, Richards first appeared on television in the ABC drama Life Goes On.
Subsequently, she was cast on Saved by the Bell, Married…with Children, Doogie Howser MD, Eerie, Indiana, and Beverly Hills 90210. She made her feature film debut in the 1993 National Lampoon parody Loaded Weapon 1. The following year she appeared in Lookin’ Italian as well as Tammy and the T-Rex.
Her movie successes include Starship Troopers, Wild Things, and The World is Not Enough — a James Bond picture in which she played Dr. Christmas Jones. She had a number of recurring roles on the small screen, including ones on Melrose Place, Spin City, and Two and a Half Men.
In 2005, she was hired as a lead actress in the UPN serial Sex, Love and Secrets though that program was canceled after one season. Since 2019, Richards has played Shauna Fulton on the CBS daytime soap The Bold and the Beautiful.
Richards’ other acting credits include the films Drop Dead Gorgeous, Love Actually, and Madea’s Witness Protection as well as episodes of Friends, Seinfeld, Against the Grain, Burke’s Law, and 30 Rock.
Since her highly-publicized split from fellow actor Charlie Sheen, Richards has been a darling of the reality show circuit. Between 2008 and 2009 she had her own series — Denise Richards: It’s Complicated — and following her 2019 hiring, she has been a regular cast member of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
