We’re never going to question what may appear to be “stunt casting” ever again. The Bold and the Beautiful hiring movie and reality TV star Denise Richards as Shauna seemed more about publicity than character when we first heard about it, but the actress’s performances have us singing a different tune!
Shauna, at first, was her daughter Flo’s (Katrina Bowden) sounding board in the kidnapping of baby Beth story. Over time, the show placed Shauna in Ridge’s (Thorsten Kaye) orbit and the sparks have been flying ever since!
Is he the man Shauna should go after or should she set her sights on someone else on the canvas? Soap Hub posed this question to BB fans. Read on for the results.
Sorry, Brooke
The voters have spoken! An impressive 64% think that Shauna should pursue Ridge. She has been and you can hear in the tone of her voice what he’s attracted to. Shauna gives unconditional support to Ridge and genuinely listens to his concerns.
As long as the couple doesn’t talk about Flo and her role in the kidnapping, Ridge and Shauna are free to build upon their relationship. As far as she’s concerned, Ridge is the right man for her!
Challenging Quinn
Nearly 12% of The Bold and the Beautiful fans would like to see Shauna go after Eric (John McCook). He fits the bill when it comes to everything she wants in a guy: looks, money…did we mention looks? Money?

Seriously, think about the possibilities if Shauna were to go after Eric. It might make Ridge jealous and then we’d have triangles, quadrangles, and all kinds of problems going on!
Likes Attract
Almost 10% of you say you want Shauna to go after Bill (Don Diamont). The two already have a history so their spending time together is logical. Bill and Katie (Heather Tom) don’t have much conflict now that she has a new kidney.
It’d be predictable for Bill to dump Katie for Brooke again and we think he’s a changed man. Well, not that changed! Bill could easily take up with a former flame if the conditions were right!
And The Rest
The final votes, which tallied over 14% of you, would like to see Shauna set her sights on either Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) or someone else. Imagine Shauna and Thomas teaming up?
It probably wouldn’t set well with Flo, who’s no fan of her mom’s, shall we say, “strategies.” One thing’s for sure — no matter who Shauna is paired with, viewers can expect to be entertained! The Bold and the Beautiful airs weekdays on CBS. Check local listings for air times.
