The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers weekly update for August 16 – 18, 2021, reveals a major decision, a secret alliance, and a love story forced to a standstill. Tune in next week so you can catch all of the action in Los Angeles!
Steffy Forrester made it very clear that John “Finn” Finnegan had a choice. It was her or his mother, Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown). He can’t have both women in his life, not if he wants Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) to be happy. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers show Finn is struggling with his decision, and the choice he makes now will affect the rest of his life. Should his loyalty lie with his birth mother or his new wife?
B&B spoilers also warn Finn makes his choice when he decides to keep an important secret from Steffy. This will be a significant turning point and a red flag for their marriage when it eventually comes out (and secrets always come out) to Steffy that he lied to her. Worse yet, Finn and Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) form an alliance, and she pledges her loyalty to Finn when she agrees to keep the secret from Steffy as well.
With her marriage to Eric Forrester (John McCook) over, Quinn Fuller (Rena Sofer) and Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) contemplate taking their relationship to the next level. They want to be able to go out on dates without fear of prying eyes. However, they face an unforeseen and significant hurdle. Will they ever be allowed to be happy and in love? Finn (Tanner Novlan) was all smiles until the Forresters turned his happiness into horror. He found out his birth mom was truly a monster. He kept trying to look on the bright side until Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) whisked Hayes away for safety. It was then he realized the extent of Sheila’s evilness.
Steffy stood her ground for her family, her husband, and her children. She made a big mistake when she slapped Sheila across the face, though. The baddie did nothing but smirk at her but everyone knew it was not over. Sheila left but once outside, she began scheming against the entire lot.
Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) realized the newly single Eric was the man for her. She confided to Katie Logan (Heather Tom) that she never got over her honey bear. Katie urged her sister to follow her heart. What does she have to lose?
