Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) is in bad shape, and poor Lani Grant (Sal Stowers) is beside herself — but she won’t be by herself. That’s because she and Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) start sounding the alarm that brings Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) and Abe Carver (James Reynolds) running to their side.

Should it come as any surprise the evil TR Coates (William Christian) is there too? He’ll feign support for his daughter, but we all know why he’s there. He can’t sit back and wait for news while panicking his victim will recover long enough to point the finger.

Meanwhile, TR’s ex makes her way around town. She runs into Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) and even has a little chat. How will Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) react when she hears about Beth (Donielle Artese)?

As if that’s not enough drama, Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) calls her bestie over for a talk. It looks like it won’t be long before these ladies are in each other’s arms once again. Is this the start of a real romance?
