Here’s a list of the top exit and entrance soap opera news from all four daytime dramas. Find out if any of your favorite performers from yesteryear are returning to the shows you follow, or if any new actors or actresses have been cast in contract, recurring, or day-player roles.
The Bold and the Beautiful
She’s baaaaaaack. Kimberlin Brown returns for another run as Sheila Carter on The Bold and the Beautiful. Look for the incarcerated character to appear in scenes beginning Monday, July 10, and interact with Sean Kanan’s Deacon Sharpe.
Also, on the scene this week is Cynthia Dallas as prison guard Tate. She airs on Monday, July 10, and Tuesday, July 11.
General Hospital
Walt Willey, who played Jackson Montgomery on All My Children from 1987 to 2011, brings his Pine Valley alter ego to General Hospital for a story arc that begins this week. Look for Willey to share scenes with two of the soap opera’s female vets, Lynn Herring’s Lucy Coe and Kristina Wagner’s Felicia Scorpio.
Meanwhile, Jonathan Ohye is back as Dr. Andy Lacey. He’ll tend to a local citizen who’s shot during an altercation at the Metro Court. Ohye’s played a doctor on the soap opera on and off since 2015.
Days of our Lives
There’s a new acting mayor over at Days of our Lives. Grayson Berry has been cast as Clint Rawlings. He starts airing on the soap opera on Wednesday, July 12 in scenes opposite Raven Bowen’s Chanel Dupree.
Finley Rose Slater returns for more drama as Rachel Black. Look for the child to interact with her TV mother, Stacy Haiduk’s Kristen, on Monday, July 10.
Tina Huang pops in as Melinda Trask on Tuesday, July 11. She’ll have key scenes opposite Brandon Beemer’s Shawn Brady.
The Young and the Restless
Vail Bloom is returning to The Young and the Restless for another run as Heather Stevens. Look for Daniel Romalotti’s (Michael Graziadei) ex to start airing on the soap opera on Friday, July 14. The character’s last visit to Genoa City was in February, after which she left town and headed back to Portugal.
