The Bold and the Beautiful recaps for May 15 – May 19, 2023, featured the playing of the blame game and much more.
Wyatt (Darin Brooks) begrudgingly forgoes discussing business in order to listen to Liam (Scott Clifton) bemoan Hope (Annika Noelle) and Thomas’s (Matthew Atkinson) jaunt to San Francisco and the mechanical issues that are preventing their immediate return. Meanwhile, Hope and Thomas are brought out of the reverie by the news that they can make their flight after all.
Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) grouses to Finn (Tanner Novlan) that if Liam has any cause for concern where Hope and Thomas are concerned it’s Hope he should be worried about…Hope gets hot and bothered under Thomas’s touch.
Hope and Thomas decamp for home and the office respectively. At the cabin, Hope is treated to a romantic evening by Liam. At Forrester Creations, Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) praises Thomas on a job well done — the international buyers were blown away by his and Hope’s pitch — then gets his heckles up by mentioning the strength of Hope and Liam’s relationship…An incredulous Finn doubts that Hope is leading Thomas on — at least consciously. Steffy resolves to keep an eye on the situation.
Despite himself, Finn visits with Sheila (Kimberlin Brown); she gushes over his efforts to resuscitate her after her heart attack…RJ (Joshua Hoffman) laments his mother’s new normal…Taylor (Krista Allen) does her utmost to steer Deacon (Sean Kanan) into Brooke’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) orbit.
Taylor Hayes has Deacon all hot and bothered…about reuniting with Brooke…RJ (Joshua Hoffman) [lightly] hounds Brooke about her life choices…Finn gives Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) the coldest of cold shoulders.
Liam susses out Thomas’s “vibe”…Hope’s attempt to get Brooke off her back resulted in hurt feelings on Thomas’s part.
