In The Bold and the Beautiful recap for September 15, 2023, Hope and Thomas avoid the outbreak of Forrester family drama by literally locking the world out and concentrating on each other’s bodies.

In addition, Eric and Ridge finally get on the same page, and Carter kinda-sorta gets behind Eric. Now, let’s dig a little deeper into what exactly happened.
B&B Recap: Shutting Out The Rest Of The World
After making absolutely sure that Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) knew exactly what this was — and that’s sex for sex’s sake — Hope (Annika Noelle) set about getting out of the outfit that she’d just got in — and in the sexiest way possible.
But, again, she had to ask, is Thomas sure that he can handle this because, the way he’s looking at her, and knowing how committed to her he truly is, she’s a tad worried. Thomas was sure that he was sure. They’re good. No strings attached is fine by him.

And, that was enough for Hope. Almost. After making triple sure that this was going to be enough for him, Hope finally hoped upon him, and the two got down to some serious monkey business. Later, the exhausted and exhilarated pair agreed that they both liked this new version of Hope.
The Bold and the Beautiful Recap: Man On A Mission
Over at the Forrester mansion, Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) once again tried to convince Eric (John McCook) to just add a few of his original pieces to his (Ridge’s) upcoming line and be done with it. To that, Eric groused that he was doing his own line. SOLO! Well…him and RJ (Joshua Hoffman). But he certainly doesn’t want Ridge’s help.

When Ridge continued to sass, Eric huffed that Ridge was just jealous that RJ was working with him. Ridge, in turn, argued that the exact opposite was true. He loves that RJ is learning from the best. He just can’t wrap his mind around why Eric wants to put himself through the stress of designing this line. “Because this is all mine,” hissed Eric.
A further circular conversation ensued and finally (mercifully) ended with Ridge rising to meet the challenge of a design off. “Let’s settle this on the runway,” agreed Eric.
B&B Recap: Hard To Say
Meanwhile, at Forrester Creations, Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) interrupted RJ’s attempt to process how his designing with Eric could lead to trouble between his granddad and father. Soon, Carter was clued into the goings-on and voiced some concerns about the timing of Eric’s desire to shoehorn in yet another line.
Then again, FC was built on a gamble, and none of them would be there were it not for Eric and the risks that he took. But that’s not to say he’s outright supporting Eric’s decision to break off and create a whole new line — he’s just too smart to ever count out the Great Eric Forrester.
