The Bold and the Beautiful has viewers on the edge of their seats while putting characters like Taylor Hayes on the edge of rooftops! The show is on fire right now thanks to Sheila Carter shooting Finn and Steffy Forrester Finnegan.

Soaps, however, are a runaway train, airing 52 weeks a year. What does the show need to have happen next? Soap Hub posed this question to fans.

Always In Fashion

The majority of you, 38%, say that a new designer needs to come onto the scene and challenge the Forresters. Eric Forrester (John McCook) and his family need to face off against another fashion house. The show was never the same after Sally Spectra (the late, great Darlene Conley) and the Spectra gang showed up on the scene way back in 1989. The Forrester/Spectra fashion wars fueled the show for years. Perhaps another designer could make the scene and keep the Forresters competitive?

One thing fans seem to agree on is wanting more fashion. Another 35% of responders want the Forresters to plan their next fashion show. The best thing about the fashion shows on B&B is that they always tie in with what’s going on with the characters and their personal lives. Remember Ridge proposing to Taylor and not Brooke at the end of one fashion gala? Fashion, romance, and surprises often go hand in hand on this soap.

Forrester Family Tree

The rest of you, 27%, would like to see more Forresters return. There are many family members currently not on the canvas. Some of them are holding down the fort at Forrester International overseas. It’d be fun to see Felicia Forrester (Lesli Kay) return to square off against stepmother Quinn Fuller Forrester (Rena Sofer). It was great seeing Winsor Harmon back as Thorne Forrester in March. Perhaps he could return to the States to help run Forrester Creations?
