Thomas Forrester is a changed man on Bold and the Beautiful -- we think.
We know Sheila Carter has never truly changed on The Bold and the Beautiful but can the same be said about Thomas Forrester? Sure, he’s a liar, conniver and manipulator but we haven’t seen any dastardly behavior from the designer as of late.
The lies told by Thomas Forrester in the past are well-known. First, he lied about baby Beth being alive. He intimidated his son Douglas (Henry Joseph Samiri) into keeping quiet so he could have Hope (Annika Noelle) all to himself.
After that plan blew up in his face, he called Child Protective Services (CPS) and pretended to be Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) in an effort to blow up her marriage. Soap Hub asked B&B viewers if they think Thomas has really changed. Find out the results.
Some of you, 20%, say that Thomas has indeed changed. We haven’t seen him lust after Hope in private or when her back is turned to him when they’re working together day in and day out. Sure, they touched hands, and he caught her when she fell off a model’s platform. But Thomas hasn’t made any big moves on Hope. Maybe he truly is a new man?
Oh, please. It’s clear to 30% of you that Thomas is simply biding his time. He’s a bad, bad boy who knows how to strategize and lie in wait before he makes his move. Let’s not forget just how far Thomas will go to get what he wants. He ran poor Emma (Nia Sioux) off the road to her death. Sure, he’s been to a few therapy sessions, but his shrink is just another person whom Thomas is likely deceiving.
The rest of you, 50%, say that you believe Thomas has actually changed. He hasn’t made any overt moves toward Hope. Thomas appears happy to be back at Forrester Creations as a designer for Hope for the Future and is focusing on being a good dad to Douglas. However, you believe that, given the opportunity, Thomas will go down a dark road and his wicked ways will return.
