Who’s coming and who’s going from the soap opera casts of The Bold and the Beautiful (BB), Days of our Lives (DAYS), General Hospital (GH), and The Young and the Restless (YR)?

Soap Opera Casting for the week of February 27, 2023

Here’s a list of the top exit and entrance news from all four daytime dramas.

The Young and the Restless

A popular actress is popping back in at The Young and the Restless.  Mishael Morgan, who recurs as Amanda Sinclair, is returning for a short run on the soap opera. There’s no word as to exactly how long she’ll be around.

Meanwhile, Vail Bloom has wrapped up her visit as Heather Stevens. The character left town and returned to Portugal, but could return at a later date. Leaving with Bloom was Lily Brooks O’Briant, the daytime newcomer cast as Lucy Romalotti, Daniel Romalotti’s (Michael Graziadei) daughter.

Days of our Lives

Nadia Bjorlin returns to Days of our Lives as Chloe Lane this week. The character, who had been out of town mulling over her complicated love life, resurfaces in Salem on Tuesday, February 28.

A Salem supercouple is heading off the canvas again. Matthew Ashford and Cady McClain will leave town as Jack and Jennifer Devereaux on Friday, March 3, after saying goodbye to their loved ones.

Zach Tinker makes his final appearance as Sonny Kiriakis on Thursday, March 2. Look for the character to share a goodbye dinner with Wally Kurth’s Justin Kiriakis, Robert Scott Wilson’s Alex Kiriakis, and Billy Flynn’s Chad DiMera.

General Hospital

Jon Lindstrom has wrapped up his run as General Hospital’s Ryan Chamberlain, the crazed serial killer he began playing in 1992. The character met his demise when he was shot dead by John J. York’s Mac Scorpio in the line of duty. Lindstrom, however, still remains a big part of the GH, where he also portrays Ryan’s twin brother, Dr. Kevin Collins.

Carolyn Hennesy makes an appearance as Diane Miller on Thursday, March 2. She interacts with Tristan Rogers’ Robert Scorpio as the two characters catch up.

The Bold and the Beautiful

Darin Brooks pops in as Wyatt Spencer on Tuesday, February 28. He’ll share scenes on the soap opera with Scott Clifton (Liam Spencer) and Don Diamont (Bill Spencer) as Wyatt and Liam unleash their anger at Bill for choosing Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) over family.

Hollis W. Chambers returns as Hollis, the waiter at Il Giardino’s, and the new man mesmerized by Katherine Kelly Lang’s Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang). The twosome will enjoy a dinner date together.
