B&B Star Darin Brooks and Wife Kelly Kruger Share Huge Personal News

Darin Brooks, who plays Wyatt on The Bold and the Beautiful, and his wife Kelly Kruger, who recurs on B&B as Eva, often share Instagram stories in which Kruger tries to trick Brooks with puzzles. This time, however, the couple pulled a trick together on their followers when they announced some huge personal news.

“So, Everleigh asked us for another puppy,” Kruger shared in her Instagram stories set to the tune of the Thurston Marris song “Little Bitty Pretty One.” Dressed in black, Kruger held up a blanket and then dropped it, cutting to her in a red striped dress, and shared the news that “we decided to get her a sibling instead.”

Next, Brooks and Everleigh joined in on the merriment as the song continued to play. Everleigh adorably gave her mom’s tummy a kiss, showing affection to her soon-to-be younger brother or sister. “Here we go again,” Kruger added, “Baby #2 is on the way.”

Brooks’s Early Soap Days

Darin Brooks first came to the attention of soap fans when he was cast as Max Brady on Days of our Lives. He won the Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Young Actor in a Drama Series in 2009. Kruger took over the role of Mackenzie “Mac” Browning on The Young and the Restless in 2002. The couple met when she guested on his primetime cable series Blue Mountain State.

Darin Brooks returned to soaps in 2013 when he was cast as B&B’s Wyatt, the long-lost son of ‘Dollar’ Bill Spencer (Don Diamont). Currently, Wyatt’s engaged to longtime girlfriend Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden). Kelly Kruger last popped up as Eva in February of this year.
