The Days of our Lives recap for Tuesday, August 10, 2021, features EJ DiMera getting stab happy, Lucas Horton getting angry, Nicole Walker Brady telling Sami Brady DiMera all about herself, and Ciara Brady’s escape plan leaving a lot to be desired.
Days of our Lives Recap Highlight
While Nicole (Arianne Zucker) tried and failed to get Sami (Alison Sweeney) to see that she’s in a hell of her own making, Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) raced over to the DiMera mansion in hopes of warning Sami that her husband may be on to her.
When he learned, much to his chagrin, that he was too late, Lucas took it upon himself to lay the blame for the entire situation at EJ DiMera’s (Dan Feuerriegel) feet. If he’d been a better husband, then Sami wouldn’t have had to look for love and comfort elsewhere.
And since he knew that every word Lucas said was true, EJ seriously considered silencing his rival with a letter opener! Lucas ordered him to go ahead – at least his death would prove once and for all how psychotic EJ truly is! Luckily for the pair, Sami intervened. Unluckily for Sami, EJ informed her she was being turfed out.

Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) initiated phases one and two of Operation Get Control of Titan. First, she downloaded confidential documents from Philip Kiriakis’s (Jay Kenneth Johnson) laptop. Second, she all but convinced Philip to hire Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash).

Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) comforted Nicole in her hour of need, which was an act that his girlfriend, Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun), did not approve of. And since Jake just got done reminding us that Miss Vitali is a mob princess, Nicole had better watch her back!

Despite herself, Ciara (Victoria Konefal) just couldn’t leave Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) in a world of pain…so she dressed his injured ankle. A subsequent conversation with her ex sparked some of her lost memory, so Ciara hightailed it out of the cabin – only to realize that the limo won’t turn over. She, of course, blames Ben for this.
