Join Dallas Star Charlene Tilton for A Video Fireside Chat

Soap Hub and Soap Hub Insider readers mark your calendar for Tuesday, June 15, 2021, at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT. That’s when Dallas star Charlene Tilton (ex-Lucy) will be joining us for a Soap Hub Insider Fireside video chat that everyone can attend!

Get To Know Charlene Tilton

Tilton was an original cast member of Dallas, the granddaddy of primetime soaps, which told the story of the Ewing clan. Larry Hagman starred as dastardly J.R. Ewing, an oilman who schemed and manipulated in both the bedroom and the boardroom in order to get what he wanted. J.R. and Lucy traded quips at Southfork, the family ranch, on numerous occasions.

In addition to sharing stories about her time as Lucy on Dallas, Tilton will be joined during the chat with actor/producer Jasper Cole. The two are set to appear in the film Mountain Boys, a suspense drama set during the opioid crisis in the Appalachian Mountains of North Carolina. The movie also stars Oscar-nominee Sally Kirkland (Anna) and Tilton’s daughter singer/actress Cherish Lee. Cole is also one of the film’s producers.

Dallas celebrates its 43rd anniversary this year, having debuted on April 2, 1978. The show ran until 1991. There were two reunion TV-movies in the 1990s. Dallas returned as a revival series in 2012 on TNT. Tilton reprised Lucy for the new series.
