They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but we wonder what good is a picture when you can’t recognize the subject? Above is a snapshot of a future star of soaps, but can you guess who this cute cozy sweater wearer grew up to be?
Star Of The Soaps
Obviously this young woman (now all grown up) is either currently starring in, or is an alum of, one of the four remaining daytime dramas – The Bold and the Beautiful, Days of our Lives, General Hospital, and The Young and the Restless – but that’s probably not enough of a hint.
So try these on for size. She was a Theatre major in college. She is a soap hopper. Her feature film debut was a 2009 action/adventure thriller. She is a spokesperson for a skincare product. She portrays a main character on the web serial Youthful Daze. And she is a reality show star.
But just who can she be? Is this a photograph of Nancy Sloan (ex-Katie Logan, BB), Chrishell Stause (ex-Jordan Ridgeway, DAYS), Sarah Joy Brown (ex-Carly/Claudia, GH), or Eden Riegel (ex-Heather Stevens, YR)?
Nancy Sloan
Sloan graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Theatre and she appeared in two daytime soaps – BB and DAYS. However, she is not a spokesperson for a skincare product so she’s automictically out of the running as the potential answer to our identity query.
Sarah Joy Brown
Theatre major? Check. Soap hopper? She sure is – As the World Turns (ex-Julia Morrisey Larrabee), BB (ex-Aggie Jones), and DAYS (ex-Madison James). And Brown also played Youthful Daze’s Aunt Kathy in over 70 episodes of the show. But she isn’t today’s featured star.
Eden Riegel
And neither is Riegel. Though she has had roles on multiple daytime soaps – including ATWT, All My Children, One Life to Live, and YR – as well as a starring role on Youthful Daze, Riegel’s first film credit is the comedy Home Alone 2: Lost in New York and she isn’t a spokesperson for any products.
Chrishell Stause
Stause launched her career with a role in AMC which she followed up with appearances on primetime programs like Mistresses and Body of Proof as well as feature films such as The Crimson Mask. She returned to daytime – twice – first with a three-month stint on YR and later a recurring part on DAYS. Since 2014, Stause has played Zoey Miller on Youthful Daze.
So, if you guessed that the future star of soaps seen in the image above was Chrishell Stause, – who has spent years extolling the results of Proactive Solutions – then you were absolutely correct!
