GH spoilers for Thursday, December 16, 2021, reveal a source of comfort, an awkward moment, a nervous mom, and so much more. You won’t want to miss a dramatic moment of this new episode.
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) knows a thing or two about grieving for a child. He watched Michael Corinthos Quartermaine (Chad Duell) lay in a coma and he said goodbye to his youngest son, Morgan. So he steps in to try to be a comfort to Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson), who is facing an impossible decision no parent ever wants to make. Will his heartfelt words ease her pain?
As Sonny tries to work his own brand of magic with Sasha, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) talks with Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) on the same subject. Nina also has buried a child, but that was evil Nelle Benson and not like she knew at that moment she was even her daughter. Brando wonders if Sasha is right not to give up hope. What will Nina say when put on the spot?
Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) also wants to support Sasha but here’s hoping she times it right or it could be a huge mess. In the meantime, Carly meets up with Olivia Falconeri Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero), who tells her that sometimes dreams really do come true. That doesn’t stop Olivia from being nervous to meet Ned Quartermaine for Leo’s (Easton Rocket Sweda) appointment.
Ned’s other child is in a bit of a hot mess. Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) is dressed up with no way to get out of that steam room, causing her and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) to have an awkward moment. She asks if he’s suggesting that she strip down. Meanwhile, Chase’s brother Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) asks Liz Webber Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) what would be so bad about the two of them giving love a try.
Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) finds TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) at the boxing gym and he’s not in a good mood. TJ asks if Curtis knows it wasn’t his place to protect him from Marshall (Robert Gossett). Chances are, Curtis will never stop believing it’s his job to look out for his nephew, whether he likes it or not.
Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) is on hand to go over similar things with Stella Henry (Vernee Watson). She realizes that whatever was on Stella’s mind must have been pretty important for her to make a beeline right to Curtis’s club, The Savoy, upon arriving back in town. Stella tells her she has no idea.
