GH spoilers for Wednesday, August 18, 2021, reveal a mother’s fury, a ‘dead’ man’s hope, a mobster in trouble, and so much more. You won’t want to miss a dramatic moment of this new episode.
Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) can’t shake the call she got that sounded just like her ex-husband Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). She looks to her former detective partner Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) for help. He wants to know if she really believes that Drew is still alive. Somewhere else in the world, Drew is pleased, knowing Sam now has questions and hopes she won’t stop until she rescues him.
Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) may want to be rescued — from his mother’s wrath. Laura Collins (Genie Francis) is furious with Nikolas for the demented way he tried to teach his son a lesson — for something it looks like he may not even have been guilty of doing. Laura fears he’s headed down the same dark path as his father Stavros Cassadine.
Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) is in shock after what his father did to make him feel the fear that Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) felt at the stalker’s hands. Or perhaps he’s feeling guilty? Either way, Spencer is surprised by Trina Robinson’s (Sydney Mikayla) kindness. But he puts her on the spot and asks her if he was the stalker, would she be able to forgive him?
GH spoilers reveal that Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is relieved that Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) would drop everything to come and comfort her after the horrible night she had at Spencer’s party. But it does make her wonder if Carly coming to get her, interrupted anything important? Will Carly make her daughter feel safe or clue her in on how this may have put them all in greater danger?
Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) knew he had to let Carly go take care of Joss but it did put him in an awkward spot considering they called this meeting with the Five Families. He is forced into the position to defend Carly and their partnership. He lets everyone at the meeting know it will continue and repercussions will follow. But who will end up feeling them?
Those repercussions are exactly what has Jasper ‘Jax’ Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) worried sick about the safety of his daughter Josslyn. It looks like he finds an unlikely ally in Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), of all people. She tells him there is an art to gathering covert evidence. Perhaps he should have had this conversation before he clumsily tried to get the goods on Carly.
