General Hospital’s Maxie had (in her mind) a rock-solid plan to protect her daughter, Louise, from Peter. Maxie would claim their baby had died. She would sneak little Lou to Brook Lynn, who would pass her off as the baby she had with Valentin (James Patrick Stuart).

Lou would be safe from Peter (Wes Ramsey), Brook Lynn would get her ELQ shares back, the presumed fathers would be played for fools, and Maxie would get Lou back… eventually. A majority 65% of the audience is urging Maxie not to change a thing. She doesn’t know how long Peter is gone for (even as viewers hope it’s a good, long time) and she can’t take any risks. Louise is safer with Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton), no matter how much Maxie might yearn to hold her baby girl.

Home Again

It was awfully close, but 18% of you squeaked out a win for Maxie reclaiming her daughter. Look how long the baby Wiley saga dragged out. Sure, the kid didn’t miss either of his dads at all once he was ripped out of the only home he’d ever known and placed with Michael (Chad Duell) and Willow (Katelyn MacMullen). But no guarantee that same thing will happen with little Louise.

Track Him Down

An almost equal 17%, on the other hand, remind that Maxie knows Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) and Sam (Kelly Monaco). She can hire them to track down Peter, so Maxie will know for sure what happened to him.
