GH Spoilers Recap for Feb. 9: Both Charlotte and Valentin Turn Up

The GH spoilers recap for Wednesday, February 9, 2022, features two rescues, an ultimatum, a near kiss, a declaration of love, and more.

GH Spoilers Recap Highlights

As per usual, Peter August (Wes Ramsey) got exactly what he wanted. And since he’s a very magnanimous man, he held up his end of the bargain he struck with Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy), by revealing Charlotte Cassadine’s (Amelie McLain) location.

Meanwhile, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) was found seemingly drunk as a skunk behind Beradino’s…except that he very much wasn’t. Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) was wise to the manipulation, and immediately called shenanigans. Blood tests bore her out.

When the rescued Charlotte reunited with her papa, he, Anna, Laura Collins (Genie Francis), and Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) were dubious at Victor’s standing as Good Samaritan.

General Hospital Recap: Lip Locked and Loaded

After playing a game of who has the crappier present — she’s just caught her husband in bed with another woman, he’s resigned himself to a life without the woman he loves — Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) came awfully close to kissing. Luckily, cooler heads prevailed. Besides, it would have been totes weird for her to kiss — and possibly do more — with her bestie’s twin brother.

Over at GH, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) declared their true feelings for one another — yes, it’s amour — and made out in a hallway. Nothing to see here, folks!

GH Spoilers Recap: Blame Game

So, it turns out that Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) did have a hand in Victor — and, as a result, Peter — finding out that Bailey and Louise were one and the same. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) understood and readily forgave the faux pas, but Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) weren’t so generous.

Speaking of Maxie, she now has a big decision to make: say goodbye to Louise forever or join her and Peter on their jaunt across the globe.
