The General Hospital recap for Tuesday, September 15, 2020, features Ava and Nikolas giving in to their carnal desires, Olivia thinking fast, bad news for Brook Lynn, and Dante making a big decision.
Though she delighted in her afternoon of “glamping” with little Avery, Ava (Maura West) couldn’t shake the feeling that someone was watching her from outside the cabin. When a figure attempted to enter the premises, Ava went on the attack – only to discover that she had battered her trespassing spouse!
Nikolas (Marcus Coloma) excused his breaking and entering as necessary to catch Ava and Franco (Roger Howarth) in a compromising position…but of course, Franco was nowhere in sight.
Ava castigated and teased Nikolas and insisted that she was sorry his plan had failed. Now he wouldn’t be able to reunite with Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst), his one true love. For his part, Nikolas insisted that he wasn’t out to win over Liz. He just wanted to save his family fortune from his grasping wife.
Ava, for her part, swore that she prioritized the money she stood to gain over breaking her pledge for abstinence. If Nikolas was waiting for her to cheat, he would continue to do so until his end was nigh. At the height of the duo’s argument, passion erupted, and they decided to retire to the cabin’s master bedroom!
While Robert (Tristan Rogers) staked out the casino where Holly’s (Emma Samms) phone call originated, Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) made the acquaintance of the establishment’s owner.
Robert intercepted the pair, and when his identity was called into question, Olivia spun a (fairly) convincing cover story in which Robert was her newly acquired husband, Liam.
Back in Port Charles, Brook Lynn (Briana Lane) learned of her latest test results…and they were far from encouraging. In fact, to Brook Lynn’s understanding, she’ll never be able to sing professionally again.
The revelation resulted in Brook Lynn doubling down on her avoidance of Ned (Wally Kurth), but she did allow Chase (Josh Swickard) to escort her home – and buy her a free meal at her restaurant of choice.
At Turning Woods, Sonny (Maurice Benard) insisted on remaining by Mike’s (Max Gail) side and Carly (Laura Wright) insisted on remaining close to both men.
Over in Geneva, news of Mike’s impending passing reached Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and in response, he insisted that he was ready to accept the Port Charles-based mission the WSB wanted to assign him. The General Hospital airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
