General Hospital seems to be more filled with bad guys these days than usual. It’s sort of a contest to figure out who’s the baddest of them all. So we asked the viewers – and over 4,000 answered.
It’s definitely Cyrus (Jeff Kober), 62% of you bestow the hallowed title. If he has even Sonny (Maurice Benard) on the defensive, then Cyrus must really be The Big Bad. Unlike Julian (William deVry) and other mobsters who’ve come and gone, Cyrus isn’t either incompetent or likely to be felled by love at the drop of a hat. He’s focused on wreaking havoc. Which means he might actually pull it off.
While Sonny is busy with Cyrus, Nelle (Chloe Lanier) is making Carly (Laura Wright) and Michael’s (Chad Duell) lives miserable. And that is not acceptable to 23% of the audience. Nelle wins the Big Bad title for not allowing the Corinthos family to boss her around. And you know how much they hate that.
For years, GH viewers heard how Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) was the Cassadine even Helena (Constance Towers) was afraid of. And then you met him. And watched him do… not much of anything. Which is why likely only 7% voted him the most dangerous fellow in Port Charles. Valentin spends more time thinking about Nina (Cynthia Waters) and pissing off Lulu (Emme Rylan) than he does actually spreading evil. And what fun is that?
She may be in last place, with only 4% of the vote, but Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) is also the one with the most evil potential. She’s got years to grow into the title, and she’s already tortured Aiden, driven Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) to distraction, and let loose a snake at Violet’s birthday party because Ava (Maura West) displeased Charlotte. Let’s do this poll again in a few years, and see what happens!
