DOOL Spoilers:Losing A Hero
As Abe (James Reynolds) lies lifeless in a hospital bed, hooked up to machines, Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) laments the possibility of losing her dear friend. “Abe has been a part of our lives for 40 years,” says Julie.
Meanwhile, as Abe hovers between life and death, Dr. Kayla Brady Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) yells out, “We’re losing him.” She immediately takes charge of reviving him, grabbing the defibrillator paddles and applying them to his chest.
DAYS Spoilers: Memories and Goodbyes
“DAYS takes a journey through the past,” says the video voice-over. Then an array of memorable moments from Abe’s life, including scenes with his late wife, Lexie (Renee Jones), flash across the screen.

Seconds later, Kayla announces, “He’s gone.” Lani Price Grant (Sal Stowers) arrives and tenderly kisses her father goodbye on the cheek, as viewers see Abe walking into the light.
Days of our Lives: Looking to the Future
Things suddenly take a dramatic turn, when the action shifts from death to life. Ciara arrives at the pub, smiling from ear to ear. She has big news to share with her husband, Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson).
After giving Ben a kiss, Ciara happily reveals what it is: “We’re having a baby,” she tells him. Ben is overjoyed. He picks up his wife and spins her around. But should the couple really be celebrating, considering the devil may be playing a big role in their “blessed” event? Only time will tell.
