Days of our Lives spoilers for Monday, September 28, 2020, reveal Melinda vowing to make Kristen pay, Kayla spreading the cheer, and Tripp and Allie sharing an unsettling reunion.
Melinda (Tina Huang) has one chance to lock her daughter’s killer up for good and she’s going to make the most of it. She plans to nail Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) to the wall. However, she needs allies to make it happen. She starts her quest by first questioning Eli (Lamon Archey).
Will he continue to throw his wife’s bestie under the bus? He was the one who arrested her, after all. Yes, Eli wants Kristen to pay but teaming up with the DA could cost him his marriage.
Meanwhile, there is a lovely tidbit coming Steve’s (Stephen Nichols) way. Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) shares a wonderful announcement sure to put a smile on his face. Does it have to do with Tripp (Lucas Dalton) staying around town? He did ask her for her blessing. Or, does this have to do with John (Drake Hogestyn)?
Steve’s visit with John left him shaken, to say the least. The flashes of anger and John’s vicious temper had them both reeling. All Steve can hope is that it gets better before it gets worse. Sadly, it will get worse. Much, much worse.
Whatever it is, Steve won’t be able to stop grinning ear to ear. He went through months and months of hell and never thought life could be this good again. He has his wife back, his son in Salem, and the people he loves around him.
Speaking of Tripp, he’s due to have a rather awkward encounter with Allie (Lindsay Arnold). The two come face to face and let’s just say, it’s not quite a pleasant reunion. Things get tense. Really, really tense.
What is all this about, though? Teasers show there is a very big reason. Tripp and Allie know each other from their party days in London. Is he the baby daddy? Yes, yes he is! But, there is much more to this story than the baby. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
