Days of our Lives Tripp, Lucas, Xander and Abe
It’s safe to say that Salem is not an easy town for anyone to find happiness but these Days of our Lives men have had an especially hard time of it lately. Is it bad luck, misfortune, or maybe the influence of the Devil? Either way, they all deserve to have a taste of happiness, but which one deserves it the most?
Whether it’s heartbreak from lying, a cheating heart, a chemical that messed with the brain, or all of the above, these guys have had a hard time holding onto love. So which one did viewers say deserves a chance to be happy the most?
Poor Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) had the Devil tell him his girlfriend cheated on him when she was consoling her over her breakup — from that same Devil. That’s why sweet Tripp garnered 54% of your vote. Unfortunately, it looks like he may need to leave town in order to experience happiness. Salem is just not holding the same allure for him as it once did now that Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) has broken him.
Another 24% have been offering poor Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) a shoulder to cry on since it seemed like he was never going to reunite with his true love, Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey). First, he thought she dumped him, then found out she thought she was a dead woman back to the living (not unheard of in Salem), then she didn’t remember their love, and then finally she did! Yay! So will it be smooth sailing? Doubt it.
No one deserves happiness more than Mayor Abe Carver (James Reynolds) claims 20% of you. The poor guy thought he had this amazing daughter in Lani Price Grant (Sal Stowers) only to find out she wasn’t his. No matter, he fell for her real mother, but she turned out to be untrustworthy. Will he take her back and find happiness? We doubt both can happen. But pick one, Abe!
Barely 2% could muster up the sympathy for lying Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo). He pretty much made his unhappy bed when he kidnapped true love Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney) and then lied it was her then-husband EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) who did the deed. Fans aren’t fond of lying liars who lie, no matter how perfect they may be with the object of their affection.
