Days of Our Lives’ Linsey Godfrey Goes to Ireland with Actor Kevin Ryan and It Looks Incredible

Sarah’s been having a rough time on Days of Our Lives, dealing with her paralysis and trying to remember who hit her. So seeing soap stars relaxing and enjoying life outside work is nice. Linsey Godfrey shared photos of a trip to Ireland with actor Kevin Ryan, and their stay looked incredible.

Castle Life

Godfrey (Sarah) joined former DAYS actor Kevin Ryan (no, he’s not an amalgamation of General Hospital twins Kevin and Ryan) while he filmed season four of Harry Wild in Dublin, Ireland. Ryan portrays Charlie Wild in the show, which also stars Jane Seymour as Harry Wild. In 2008, Ryan portrayed Sean in Salem for two episodes.

Godfrey reshared a post from Ryan containing several pics from their journey on Instagram, and among the snaps were shots of the castle they stayed at, them holding hands, an incredible hot tub, and more. Godfrey added to the beginning of Ryan’s words with: “What a welcome to Ireland this one gave me 💚 Thank you @kilkeacastle 🏰 ✨.” (Learn how Godfrey achieves ultimate health.)

The rest of the post followed with, “Such a special stay at @kilkeacastle This castle is an hour outside of Dublin and you feel like [you’re] in the middle of nowhere. So beautiful, quiet and the restaurant and Spa are just incredibly perfect. The grounds, rooms and overall experience is beyond what we expected!” The couple also thanked everyone on the staff who made their vacation truly enjoyable. She and Ryan want to return, and they remarked, “There’s a reason this place is 5 stars and they all shine brightly!” 

Thoughts of Xander Floated About

One fan responded to Godfrey’s post: “💚 Happy to see you are having a brilliant time! Céad Mile Fáilte (a hundred thousand welcomes)! ☘️.” The fans vicariously enjoyed a trip to Ireland through Godfrey and Ryan’s posts and marveled at the snap of the giant hot tub that looked incredibly inviting.

While Godfrey’s onscreen husband Xander (Paul Telfer) is from Scotland, parallels were drawn as one of her followers responded, “So gorgeous ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I love you ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Did Paul suggest yall go to Ireland haha,” while another simply stated, “Xander-esque.” It was clear that Godfrey and Ryan have a thing going on, as one follower commented, “Ooh he’s adorable, happy for you!” 

Godfrey also shared another of Ryan’s posts about the trip. Alongside some beautiful photos, he wrote, “Stayed at [Stauntons On The Green] and I want to give a big massive thank you to the staff for taking such great care of us. The hotel is a beautiful gem and located right on St. Stephen’s green in Dublins city center. Will definitely be visiting again. If you are visiting Dublin I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It’s a must stay! And especially a big thank you to John @ #stauntonsonthegreen & [Burrell Marketing & Publicity] #burrellpr”
