DAYS Star Eric Martsolf Suffers Another Deep Personal Loss

The daytime community is sending out condolences to Days of our Lives star Eric Martsolf. The actor’s father, Rick Martsolf, has passed away.

Eric Martsolf Dealt Another Huge Loss

Earlier this year, Martsolf mourned his mother Nancy’s passing. “They’re together now,” the actor shared on social media. “He left us yesterday peacefully, painlessly, and most likely eagerly to be with the girl he could never be without. Today my heart is entirely broken, yet I celebrate their union which so many of us yearn for in our lifetimes. Rest In Peace, you beautiful couple. I will love you always.”

Martsolf’s wife, Lisa, shared some beautiful thoughts on her Instagram page, which Martsolf reposted. Lisa wrote: “Reunited. A beautiful love story that should inspire us all to love so deeply, so passionately so unconditionally. The kind of love that allows your day to begin when you see your love’s face in the morning and is only complete when you are laying side by side at night.

“The kind of love that endures all of life’s challenges but doesn’t make a dent in the fortress you’ve built together. I am happy your hearts are together. I am happy you showed my husband how to build a love like yours. I am happy your life was enriched by laughter and encompassed with complete and whole love.
