Well, Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) is a designer, too. And she’s Chloe Mitchell Fisher’s (Elizabeth Henrickson) best friend. As soon as she comes home, she’ll kick Sally to the curb and take her place as the fashion queen of the Midwest, 60% of you predict.
